IIBA日本支部(以下「当会」という)は、日本においてビジネスアナリシスの普及を進める団体として、会員を中心としたビジネスアナリシスに関する研究会・委員会の開催、各種調査など、様々な研究や活動を行っております。当会の業務におけるすべての個人情報をより厳正に取り扱うため、個人情報保護方針を以下の通り定め、これを実行し維持することといたします。
1. 当会は、個人情報を取得する場合には、事前に利用目的を明確にし、本人の同意を得た上で、利用目的の範囲内において適切に利用します。本人の事前の同意を得ることなく、利用目的を超えて個人情報を利用(目的外利用)することはありません。また、目的外利用を行わないために必要となる措置を講じます。

2. 当会は、個人情報の取扱いに関する法令、国が定める指針及びその他の規範を遵守します。
3. 当会は、個人情報の漏洩、滅失又はき損に対して、予防措置を講ずると共に、万が一、問題が発生した場合には、速やかな是正対策を実施します。
4. 当会は、苦情及び相談に対して遅滞なく対応いたします。
また、当会の保有する個人情報に関し、本人(代理人を含む)から個人情報保護法に基づいた利用目的の通知、開示等の要請があれば、本人確認をさせていただいた上で、速やかに対応いたします。

【個人情報のお取り扱いについて】
■ 個人情報の利用目的
当会は、保有する個人情報を以下の目的に利用します。
①当会への入会のご案内のため
②当支部会員へのサービスの実施のため
③提供している商品・サービスに関連した情報などをお届けするため
④購入・登録いただいた商品・サービスの申し込みの確認・お届けのため
⑤当会が実施する調査のため
⑥当会が実施するイベントやセミナー等の運営における参加者の管理のため
上記の利用目的以外で個人情報を利用する必要が生じた場合には、その利用について本人の同意を得るものとします。
なお、当支部では、各業務の一部を上記利用目的の範囲内で、委託先に委託する場合があります。この場合には、支部で定めた基準に従い、必要な契約を締結し、適切な管理・監督を行います。
また、個人情報のうち、市町村などの名称および郵便番号など、商品のお届けやご請求を行う上で支障がある情報に変更があった場合には、当支部が登録情報を変更させていただく場合もあります。
■ 個人情報の第三者への提供
当支部は、保有する個人情報を以下のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、いかなる第三者へも提供いたしません。
・本人の同意がある場合
・法令に基づく場合
・人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
・公衆衛生の向上又は児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
