日本支部個人情報保護方針(Japan Privacy Policy)

IIBA日本支部（以下「当会」という）は、日本においてビジネスアナリシスの普及を進める団体として、会員を中心としたビジネスアナリシスに関する研究会・委員会の開催、各種調査など、様々な研究や活動を行っております。当会の業務におけるすべての個人情報をより厳正に取り扱うため、個人情報保護方針を以下の通り定め、これを実行し維持することといたします。

1. 当会は、個人情報を取得する場合には、事前に利用目的を明確にし、本人の同意を得た上で、利用目的の範囲内において適切に利用します。本人の事前の同意を得ることなく、利用目的を超えて個人情報を利用（目的外利用）することはありません。また、目的外利用を行わないために必要となる措置を講じます。

2. 当会は、個人情報の取扱いに関する法令、国が定める指針及びその他の規範を遵守します。
3. 当会は、個人情報の漏洩、滅失又はき損に対して、予防措置を講ずると共に、万が一、問題が発生した場合には、速やかな是正対策を実施します。
4. 当会は、苦情及び相談に対して遅滞なく対応いたします。

また、当会の保有する個人情報に関し、本人（代理人を含む）から個人情報保護法に基づいた利用目的の通知、開示等の要請があれば、本人確認をさせていただいた上で、速やかに対応いたします。

【個人情報のお取り扱いについて】

■　個人情報の利用目的
当会は、保有する個人情報を以下の目的に利用します。
①当会への入会のご案内のため
②当支部会員へのサービスの実施のため
③提供している商品・サービスに関連した情報などをお届けするため
④購入・登録いただいた商品・サービスの申し込みの確認・お届けのため
⑤当会が実施する調査のため
⑥当会が実施するイベントやセミナー等の運営における参加者の管理のため

上記の利用目的以外で個人情報を利用する必要が生じた場合には、その利用について本人の同意を得るものとします。
なお、当支部では、各業務の一部を上記利用目的の範囲内で、委託先に委託する場合があります。この場合には、支部で定めた基準に従い、必要な契約を締結し、適切な管理・監督を行います。
また、個人情報のうち、市町村などの名称および郵便番号など、商品のお届けやご請求を行う上で支障がある情報に変更があった場合には、当支部が登録情報を変更させていただく場合もあります。

■　個人情報の第三者への提供
当支部は、保有する個人情報を以下のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、いかなる第三者へも提供いたしません。
・本人の同意がある場合
・法令に基づく場合
・人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
・公衆衛生の向上又は児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
・国の機関若しくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることによって当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき

■　サイト等のセキュリティについて
ウェブサイトから個人情報を登録頂く場合、ネットワーク上での盗聴を防止するセキュリティ対策としてSSL等のデータ暗号化技術を使用しています。
当支部は、個人情報の管理にあたり相当の注意をいたしますが、インターネットや電子メールの性質上、個人情報の秘密性を完全に保証することはできません。この点に留意してウェブサイトおよび電子メールをご利用ください。

SSL：Secure Sockets Layer。ウェブサイト上での通信の安全対策として用いられている一般的な技術。入力されたデータをインターネットへ送信する前に、暗号化を行うことで傍受を防止する。

You may receive automatically-generated emails from MemberNova that are triggered when you perform certain tasks such as registering for an event, volunteering for a task, subscribing to a bulletin, or requesting a forgotten password.
 
You may also receive emails from other club members. MemberNova does not control the frequency or content of member-generated emails. You have the option to unsubscribe from receiving these emails by either updating your communication preferences from within your profile, or removing your email address entirely.
 

How Is Your Personal Information Protected?

MemberNova is committed to protecting your personal information and has developed policies and procedures to ensure our compliance with our own Security and Privacy Policy and with applicable International laws.
 
We also understand your concerns about online security and take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. 
 

How Do We Disclose or Share Your Information?

When you voluntarily provide MemberNova with personally identifiable information online, that information is kept within the MemberNova family of web site(s) and will not be sold, rented or otherwise traded to any third party.
 
We may share your information as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:
  • With vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf;
  • In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, rule or regulation;

Sub-Processors
 
MemberNova employs other companies and people to provide functions that form part of our Services, for example, email sending, social media sharing, payment processing, help desk software, etc. MemberNova has made and continues to make efforts to ensure all its sub-processors comply with our privacy policies. Data Retention
 
We will retain your personal information only for as long as it is needed to provide our Services, and this depends on the purposes for which we use it, unless applicable law requires we either dispose of it or keep it longer. How to View, Update or Delete Your Personal Information

You may, at any time, view, update and request to permanently delete any of your personal information. These tools are made available to all Site Administrators, or you may contact MemberNova at help@membernova.com.
 
Upon request, MemberNova will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. If you provide us with your personal information, you have the following rights:

  • To request that we correct any errors, outdated information, or omissions;
  • To unsubscribe from being contacted by us; and
  • To have your information permanently deleted.
We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and notify you of the action we have taken.
